STEP 3: Our Interview Process
Step 3 Summary:
- Initial Interview - Zoom Meeting, 15-minutes with Shawn to introduce yourself "in-person".
- Personality Tests - we use Myers-Briggs, StrengthsFinder, and Enneagram tests to evaluate team and company culture fit.
- Job Interview (1-on-1 or Group) - at least an hour long meeting with Shawn where we'll dive deep into the expectations and requirements of the position.
- Team Interview - you'll meet with a member of our team and they will get to ask you questions and describe what it's like to work here.
- Katie Interview - you'll meet with Shawn's wife and you'll have to impress her.
- Job Offer - if the team determines you are the best fit, then we'll meet and work out the details of the job offer and send you an official offer.
- 90 Days of On-Boarding - We'll set goals and expectations for the first 90 days of your employment and develop a plan of action.
- Initial Performance Evaluation - after 90 days of employment, we'll meet to discuss how you're doing, make any necessary adjustments, and then we'll be off to the races.
